At this time, there's no native integration from Bubble and OneSignal within the mobile app builder.
However, we do have support for push notifications natively. We integrate natively with Apple’s Push Notification service and Google’s Firebase Cloud Messaging, so once you have the appropriate keys, you should be off to the races, no 3rd party needed!
You should be able to do so with our "Send push notification" action:
