If you're seeing a workflow action stuck in a “Loading” state and are unable to delete it or see Cannot read properties of null (reading 'get_static_property’) errors in the console when attempting to open the context menu, you can resolve this by creating a new action within the affected workflow, and then deleting it.
This should successfully clear the stuck "Loading..." action.
