If you qualify for one of our discounts, you can follow the steps below: The discount is valid for a period of 12 months, and users must request a renewal before the expiration date to continue receiving the benefit. Discounts cannot be combined with other credits, such as referral or affiliate credits. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to invoices issued before the start of the discount period; they will only apply from the next billing cycle after approval.
